Monica works closely with your loan officer so there is little to no communication issues. We were able to close within 30 days and just when we thought we wouldn't be able to find a home in the first place due to the current market with a price range around $230-240k, Monica wrote and assisted us in submitting competitive offers and always found ways to help us get the most out of the process which in-turn also benefited the seller.
