As first-time home-buyers you REALLY need someone who is willing to walk with you every single step of the way. Monica does just that! She answers every question you have clearly and concisely. She has integrity, is thorough, professional, and never pressures you ever into buying any home- even if you show interest. She is ready when you are ready to put in an offer! Monica is always realistic about the homes you are looking at and is 100% transparent about everything she sees on her end when it comes to the home. Monica has extensive experience and knows her stuff. She has outstanding connections when it comes to any house repair related service as well. The loan officer she paired us was super responsive, personable, knowlegable, well experienced in the industry and easy to work with! Monica works closely with your loan officer so there is little to no communication issues. We were able to close within 30 days and just when we thought we wouldn't be able to find a home in the first place due to the current market with a price range around $230-240k, Monica wrote and assisted us in submitting competitive offers and always found ways to help us get the most out of the process which in-turn also benefited the seller. I give her a 10/10 when it comes to negotiating. She is someone you can truly trust and sincerely has your best interest at heart. She's super flexible and welcoming when your children are with you for showings and all (we have a 1 and 3 year old). She even offered to watch our kiddos during closing, she's just that kind of person you can trust! I seriously can't say enough good things about Monica. Without a doubt we will be going to her if we ever need to sell this home or possibly buy again.
