•Shelley provided outstanding service to us. The night before we were to move to the East Coast, the person we thought was going to rent our house backed out. We called Shelley and she came right over and stayed to about 9:00 PM to get the paperwork done. Because we were going to rent, we had left furniture, tools and household goods. Shelley took care of getting the house cleaned out. She also arranged for the house to be inspected, painted and re-carpeted to prepare it for sale. She found us a buyer before the house was even listed, and none of that work was done, because she found us a buyer that bought the house as is. I would definitely recommend Shelley for any of your Real Estate needs. When we move back to SoCal we will use her again to find us a new house.
