•Making that phone call to Andrea Champagne once I decided that I was going to sell my house ended up being one of the most fortunate and wisest calls I have ever made. Andrea is a master at her craft – and for 100% is on YOUR side and will go FAR beyond anything required or expected of any realtor. Seriously. During the 3 months we worked together – she orchestrated a selling price $30k over what I was originally expecting. After just a week of being listed, she was already finalizing an offer. She knew which buyers to pick and how to negotiate in MY best interest. She made calls, gave rides when needed – offered me a free place to park my car as I was moving – and after I left before we closed she kept an eye on the place – helped direct last minute repairs and issues that arose – and was VITAL in advising me on final inspection repairs. A pure professional. There is NO WAY I would have been able to sell my house without Andrea’s advice and guidance. With anyone else I would have just given up because the challenges were just too much for one person to handle from 3000 miles away. She was ALWAYS available via email, text, and phone – NEVER late, and always thorough. After I was all packed up she made sure I was fed, had enough blankets and supplies, and even fixed a broken fence that a transport driver ran into when picking up my car. She was even able to find a last minute storage solution when my RV broke down on my way out west to my new home. Way above and beyond. I am SO GRATEFUL for everything she did to help me start my new life and career – I cant even list all the things she did to assist me and make sure I achieved my goals in this process. It was a complete success! It couldn’t have happened without her expertise to help launch me into my future. She genuinely cares about her clients before, during and long after the sale. She is more than a realtor – she is now a friend for life.
