•If you are looking for an excellent real estate agent, please look no further because Amanda is the one. She is consistent in her approach, and reliable to a fault. She did an amazing job helping us sell our townhome and we cannot be more grateful for such an amazing experience. When we listed our townhome with Amanda, we had two competitive offers within the first week. It went under contract very quickly for the asking price and cash offer that we could not resist - something she made it happen. She did not disappoint! There was some negotiations in the sale of our home with the buyer and throughout it all, she stayed on top of it all, managing most of the stress and burden of the issues. I can not recommend Amanda enough. She is truly an amazing person, agent, and woman.
