•We had a positive experience working with Thanh during our relocation from out of state. He was friendly, personable, and easy to work with throughout the home-buying process. He spent a great deal of time showing us homes, listened to what our family was looking for, and helped us find a house that truly fit our needs. Relocating to Florida came with a learning curve, and while there were a few things we wish we had known earlier in the process, we understand that every move has its challenges. Better communication and guidance on some of those details would have made the transition even smoother. Overall, we appreciated his dedication, patience, and willingness to help our family during such a major life change. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to others, especially those looking for an agent who is kind, responsive, and committed to helping clients find the right home.
