•Throughout the process of selling our house, we were meet with a real estate agent who was very knowledgeable with the market, and exhibited high levels of professionalism and communication. As offers started to be presented for the property, he would contact us and outline all details, often asking our thoughts about the offer and then providing his insight. The bottom line is that he is very personable, he strives to create a no pressure environment, he seeks to get what is best for his client by guiding them, but allows you as the seller/buyer to make the final decision. At the time we sold our house, we received nine offers on the first day after it was listed and the showings were completed. As sellers, we were ecstatic, he walked us through each offer, outlined the positives and the negatives, but ultimately allowed us time to make a decision, patience was key. On the day that we finalized the sale, we knew that we were guided to a good place, the journey to sell our house did not feel like a business transaction, but more of the building of a friendship. In the event that we decide to buy or sell property in the future, he will be the first one contacted due to our prior experience, when working with Christopher Wyglendowski, there are no worries, you are in good hands.
Chris was with us every step of the way with selling our house and buying as well. Chris listened to what we wanted, and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. He was always willing and available to answer questions and provide us with information. His calm presence and knowledge alleviated a lot of stress from the selling/buying process. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house!
