Late Summer Sale 2022 for asking price in 1 week!

Tina Haynes has our strongest recommendation as an excellent selling agent and as an extremely nice and efficient person to be associated with. Tina stood out from the other two realtors we interviewed not only because of her obvious depth of knowledge of our area's housing market, but also because of her well-founded enthusiasm for the 'bones' of our house and because she has a wonderfully positive, energetic 'can do' personality that makes you believe, with her help, you actually might survive the selling process with your house sold, hopefully near or at the asking price. Her communication skills are excellent and she responded, usually within minutes, to our questions and in solving the unexpected problems that popped up as we prepared our house for the market. She clearly laid out the many steps involved in getting the house ready and provided many helpful contacts including: septic (Title V disclosure) moving company, junk removal, and cleaning. Her realistic and deep knowledge of the housing market let her navigate the very fluid post-pandemic market swing (downwards) between mid-May and late July 2022, leading to an asking price which was still significantly higher than the other two agents we interviewed had suggested in the 'hotter' May market. We got an offer at asking price within 1 week of the listing date, and Tina continued her herculean efforts to shepherd the deal through to completion, keeping the communication lines open between sellers, buyers agent, buyers, and both attorneys.
