•I am an Officer in the US Army and have moved many, many times. I recently moved to Arlington and must say that Ms. Hannah Hinzman has been the best agent I have worked with! She is one of those agents who you immediately feel comfortable with making such a significant life decision. Ms. Hannah helped me find the perfect place on my first day of house hunting, freeing up the rest of my week! Ms. Hannah immediately responded to my inquiry about the property and quickly scheduled a viewing. She was extremely responsive and didn’t leave me hanging for days like other agents. When we met to view the property, she definitely “sold” the place. Most importantly, this agent clearly drew upon personal experience when showing the property and answering questions. I took her advice with great comfort knowing she lived in the local area and could give me an honest, first hand assessment of how well this property and neighborhood would fit my needs. This was very beneficial to me as someone who was unfamiliar with the area. I immediately committed to the property at her recommendation and secured the property in a busy market! Despite all this, Ms. Hannah had many other properties that fit my needs lined up for viewing, just in case. She was also extremely resourceful and helpful through the rest of the process every step of the way. She was also very responsive well after I committed to the property to ensure my needs were met through to the end. I must also commend her for her dedication and availability after hours and on weekends! I couldn’t recommend her more highly. This agent is a consummate professional that I would recommend to anyone who needs an agent that provides personalized attention and genuinely has your best interest at heart!
