•As a cash investor I was looking for a property I can buy quickly and the transaction to go seamlessly. I don't have allot of time so having someone who knows what they're doing was paramount. That is what you get with Jeremy, he is a "One Stop Shop" for your home buying needs. I truly recommend him.
I was looking fir a rental house for our daughter. I flew in from the Bahamas, Jeremy picked me up from the airport. He had four houses lined up. The third one was it. We agreed on it. Jeremy contacted the owner, within a few minutes the deal was done. He helped us with all the papers, contract etc. our daughter lived in CA, I returned to the Bahamas. Jeremy knew the market well, throughout the process he was very professional. He has a very pleasant personality and I can recommend him for any real estate need!
