•I am here to post a review for BILL STONE! The guy is amazing! If you are in the market for a house please look him up ASAP. I was very picky in my search for a house. I needed a garage and basement/attic space with a backyard in Dorchester/Roxbury and I wasn't budging. If anybody knows the area they know how improbable that is. In the pandemic market it took us almost two years to find a house and when I would start giving up, Bill would encourage me to keep on going. I felt so bad for months that he would show up to every open house only to have me walk in and be like nah. Bill is a guy I can trust and one I did when he would tell me whether a house was worth it or not, he's even defended me and fought on my behalf in this crazy market. He would go through a house with me and point out all the faults no matter how much I was in love with it. He isn't in the game to make a quick buck and move on. He was extremely patient and chill and it paid off. I found a house with every single thing I had on my list, including the perfect location. Bill even helped me sell a home I owned with my mother. We made about a hundred grand in profit from that house that we bought only a few years ago. Bill works quick and efficient. He even became part of the family and my mother would always ask how Bill is doing. Bill still checks in from time to time in order to ensure that I am ok when he doesn't have to.
