•It is hard for me to begin… as Joan did so much for us in order to find the perfect home. We had a unique situation in that we lived overseas and were returning to the US. From the moment we first started to work with Joan, I knew that she was going to be our angel. She was so incredibly open to our wishes and truly listened to what we wanted, even when we changed our mind! Joan was a blessing. I must say that given our circumstance many people and companies just said, “call us when you are in the US” and that was it. Joan never once made us feel like she wasn’t interested to help. She kept in touch and sent us houses for 12 months. She was not pushy or overbearing. Joan was flexible, attentive, responsive and supportive. She even did virtual tours of homes via FaceTime since we couldn’t go to showings ourselves! If you are looking for a home in Northern Kentucky, contact Joan. She knows the area, is patient, and really makes you feel as though she is working for you. Her service is incredible. You will not be disappointed! Joan – thank you! You are simply the BEST!!
