Nancy is very knowledgeable and used numerous platforms to advertise our home.

Nancy communicated the market with us often as it changed almost weekly. She held the open houses and advertised our home well and through different platforms. The photography she had done was very professional and all of the photos were great which showcased the home beautifully both inside and out. She printed out beautiful brochures with pictures showcasing the home that also included information about the home. She did the research of the neighborhood; which is very helpful to a new homeowner, printed out a list of the amenities and activities that occur in our neighborhood so that potential buyers would know all of the happenings in the neighborhood.
