We originally moved to New Orleans, not knowing anyone or the individual neighborhoods. Heather was amazing: matched us with not only a home we adored but, a neighborhood that fit us like a glove. She truly listens to what works for you and your family, your needs, your wants and works tirelessly to find that for you. When she sent us properties to review/tour, she was there for us but didn’t hover. No pressure what so ever. We would talk about the house afterward, she would listen intently and ask questions. All the while learning our tastes/preferences. She is also an excellent negotiator! We asked for considerations and dispensations when we recieved the inspection of our home, that had immediate and longitudinal savings for us, that we wouldn’t have thought of but, Heather did. We bought our home in New Orleans and then had to sell it 4 years later, due to a job offer out of state. My wife and I knew exactly who our realtor would be! We left New Orleans quickly, to start the new job, and Heather had our home staged, inside and out. It looked lovely. The housing market has been a steep hill to climb recently but, Heather stayed the course with us. Offering advice along the way, keeping our spirits up and utilizing her far reaching marketing experience. Being out of state, having multiple showings over time; she kept us updated every step of they way. I almost felt like I was there. When we accepted an offer and were about to close, we had an unexpected water issue that we were alerted to and advised Heather. She was all over it! She raced to our house, inspected it from top to bottom, stayed until the water inspector got there so she could review the issue, had a plumber out the VERY next day to fix it. Whether it’s dedication to her clients, market knowledge or finding you the right person for the job that needs to be done around your house…Heather is your realtor!!
