•I contacted Trudy because I was tired of the apartment life, even though I love the part of town I am in. I asked her to help me find a home to lease and she was more than happy to help. As a matter of fact, I sent her a message on a Sunday morning, and by Sunday afternoon, we were looking at options. After the house I really wanted to lease fell through because I thought it needed some repairs before it could be moved into and the owner did not, I was incredibly frustrated and Trudy basically said, "Why don't you just buy one? It will be way easier than you think." She had all the right resources lined up to help me figure out what I could afford, and then she helped me find the perfect house. It took about a month, and we looked at tons of homes, but she was always patient as I kept evolving what I wanted. In the end, she not only helped me find exactly what I wanted, she got it at a lower price than I expected and she held my hand every step of the way. I could not be happier with my experience with Trudy, and she will be my go-to agent from now on.
