•When we began our search for our home we believed that we did not need the assist of a buyer's agent. Ethan Morton showed us a couple of homes, while we contined to do our own independant search, each time contacting the listing agent. After a short time, Ethan's knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, property values and rent potentials based on neighborhood (we were looking for a home to rent for 5-10 years before our eventual move in) proved to be invaluable. He offered his opinions and expertise, though never at the expense of listening to our preferences and needs. We ended up making an informed purchase choice. Within a short time, Ethan negotiated a fair deal. His agency, DOMAINE, and Ethan arranged a quick and painless closing process. Eight days after closing we signed a lease with an ideal tenant and a favorable rental amount and lease. The advertising, showing, applicant vetting, lease prep and signing were all performed by Ethan and his coworkers in a quick and efficient manner that elicitted and used our input, though with only minimal burden on our part. I'd recomend Ethan and DOMAINE without reservation.
