•I was a first time homebuyer with moderate knowledge about the process. Karleen was very knowledgeable about the Anne Arundel county area and seemed to know all the regulations. Very quick to answer any concerns of ours and would go above and beyond to work with our hectic schedule. Also one thing that really impressed me was during the process of looking at houses, she was very honest about specifics. She had even pointed out negatives and possible future issues that I wouldn't have noticed. We were looking for a good while and she never got discouraged. She was also very good with hunting for properties that had the amenities we requested. The house I ended up buying was a house that I had totally missed in all My house searching. Very upfront and very realistic.
