•What can I say? Joe RULES!!! I was in a spot where I needed to sell my house while being out of state starting a new job. My family was apprehensive about going through the process in my absence but Joe came to the rescue! From our initial meeting through our closing, he was extremely responsive, helpful, understanding of our situation and set clear expectations every step of the way. To top it off, he was able to get a full price offer within 2 days of listing! I can’t thank him enough for helping my family make a stressful transition so easy. I highly recommend Joe to anyone even though he’s a Cardinals fan, but no one is perfect! Again, Joe RULES!!!
