The most extraordinary and resilient team I’ve ever met .
A bit out of words to explain the amazing performance and work Luis And Efren have done for me and my family . I filed for a bankruptcy in 2020 after my first marriage failed . I was only 23 years old I went years thinking I wouldn’t be able to buy a house until 10+ years later as most realtors and lenders had told me . As we all know this economy is super expensive now and finding a property for rent without feeling ripped off is simply impossible to make enough for rent and living I ended up giving up on rentals and took a leap to fix my credit as much as I could and save up me and my new wife and baby living from hotel to hotel unfortunate to say I spent 2 years trying different realtors that were supposedly good and dealt with my credit issues I got solid no’s to you need to open up more cards and keep good history to you need to pay off your car loan more to even you can’t purchase until bankruptcy is completely cleared from your credit report. I was devastated I felt like a horrible husband and father to my family I took us out of our rental to accomplish something apparently imposible. I ran into some wonderful people working in Denver Colorado who Efren had purchased their home in Florida and told me he was and amazing guy and had an amazing team . After days of contemplating contacting him after I finally did and told him my experiences he told me he didn’t see anything that would cause a bank to give me a no . The very next day him and Luis called me on a three way call and got me pre approved for my home loan safe to say after Efren virtually gave us a tour of our new home we signed an offer and in a month with tons of hard work and dedication from Luis team and my amazing realtor Efren we closed on our house. I would recommend him to anyone that might’ve given up due to past experiences with other realtors and lenders they are an amazing group and they will hold your hand the entire way and fight for you to close on your forever home . Thank you Efren🫂
