Several of my co-workers recommended Mike to me in May 2023, as they had successful house purchases and great things to say about him. From the moment I met Mike, I knew he was the realtor I was looking for. He listened to my wants and needs. He gave me great advice on how to raise my credit score consistently and explained everything about home purchasing thoroughly throughout the entire process. As a single mom and first time home buyer, he was always very kind to my daughter when I brought her to look at potential houses and kept her in mind as I figured out if a home would work for us both. I always appreciated Mike’s time with me, explaining to me everything I needed to know about the house and looking at all of the fine details. Throughout the process, Mike was honest , realistic, and patient with me. While I was going through a custody battle with my ex husband, which put some delays in purchasing a home, Mike always catered to my ups and downs, and was a stable support throughout the entire process of buying a house and custody battle. Aside from being a realtor, Mike has become a reliable friend. When I finally found the house of my dreams this past month, Mike knew it was the perfect house for me and made an offer that the buyers couldn’t refuse while considering my financial needs as well. There are not enough good things to say about Mike Miceli! It was a pleasure working with him and I greatly appreciate all that he did for me and my daughter. You won’t find a better realtor!
