•I just want to start by saying what a pleasure it's been working with Idean!!!!!!!!!!!!! From day one, from looking through thousands and thousands of listings to source the perfect home that best suits our needs, from pricing to location, from interior to exterior!!!!! Never once complained about hundreds of showings!!!! Always positive and understanding about the fact that we are trying to find the most perfect home and didn't want to make any mistakes nor make any hasty decisions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mind you always punctual and half of the time always with some type of pastry or coffee in hand!!! There were some complications with my loan, Idean worked night and day to refer us to his lenders and stayed on top of everything from having to send emails back and forth and mediating between all of us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He did not just help us buy a house, but through this exercise we developed a beautiful friendship!!!! I can honestly say Idean is very very honest, he didn't care just to make a commission, he went to battle for us to protect us from any potential unwanted surprises. He would sometimes text at mid night asking " ARE YOU AWAKE? HAD A QUESTION FOR YOU THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BEFORE A CERTAIN TIME NEXT DAY EARLY MORNING " Idean is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his clients.
