Donna Testa at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Commonwealth was my real estate agent for the sale of my home in Wayland this summer. Donna was an outstanding agent, from start to finish. I first worked with Donna for my move to Wayland more than a decade ago, and it was a no-brainer for me to turn to her again. And Donna did not disappoint. She has a ton of experience representing buyers and sellers of homes in the Boston suburbs, and an especially deep knowledge of the local community and real estate market; both were critical for both my comfort in proceeding with the sale process as well as our ability to prepare for, price and execute the sale effectively. And Donna is always a pleasure to work with: extremely helpful, courteous and highly responsive at all times. My sale process was also made more difficult by the fact that I was out of town for large chunks of time throughout the process of getting the house ready for sale, and I doubt I would have been able to get it done without Donna's unflagging help and support. She referred to me all of the important service providers who were necessary to prepare the house for sale, and facilitated their work throughout the process---even when I couldn’t be there, Donna was always available to oversee everything and make sure it got done correctly and securely. She consistently went the extra mile, which was a huge help to me and was crucial to the success of the entire process.
