•I was first put in touch with Eric after my elderly mother asked me to help sell her house. The problem was that I live 5 hours away and it would be impossible for me to attend to the day to day details that this transaction would require. In our first conversation, Eric stated that he had brought several listings just like this to successful closings and he would put all his knowledge and resources into this thing to have the same outcome. Eric managed several contractors as the house was made ready for listing and items were dealt with prior to closing. Throughout this whole time, Eric’s communication was timely and informative. We never had to wonder what was going on with the house. Eric earned this 5 star review and I would recommend him to anyone.
