•We found my house in just about a month of searching. This was at a time when houses were getting multiple offers the day they enter the market. Loida is very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. She understood my criteria for the house very well and was able to narrow down exactly the ones that I would put down an offer for. She was able to accommodate my work schedule, so I didn't have to juggle my time between work and home searching. I even asked for copies of her business card just in case I come across someone who's looking for his or her next home -- I have no problems referring anyone to her at all!
