•Sam Livingston is a great realtor, but an even better human being. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of concerns and anxieties about the entire process, but Sam was a calming and patient resource for us every step of the way. He's also an extremely positive and honest individual and that was a big help to me personally. Even after we made our decision, which was to buy new construction, Sam stayed in contact with us throughout the process and also joined us at our design appointment to provide his insight on what we should and shouldn't upgrade for both future resale value and personal comfort. There are a lot of rules and regulations to know as a realtor, but, ultimately, it's about how you treat people. Nobody will treat you better than Sam.
