•I worked with Robert to purchase my home. LOVE THE HEROS PROGRAM (MORE MONEY FOR ME, ask Robert about it!) I purchased my home without being at the location as I’m military. Thankfully Robert was super detailed in all the videos he sent me. He was even honest about the things he didn’t like and didn’t think would be a good idea. It’s better to have an honest person instead of someone who just wants the sale. Any and all questions I had, he answered. He try’s not to respond during late hours (as he has a family) but regardless he is still contactable if you need him and will reply during some of those later hours. Overall he is a good guy and made my home buying experience pretty smooth and easy. He did most of the dirty work with as in looking into HOA things for me, figuring out problems with the different homes, etc. Highly recommend.
