•Lisa and Lane not only hit a home run with the sale of my home, they hit a grand slam! After extensive discussions with Lane and Lisa regarding the pros and cons of marketing my home at the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, I decided to go ahead and put my home on the market. Lisa and Lane produced a great 3D virtual tour of my home and took many great photos and wrote an excellent description of my home for the on-line listing. They followed newly established protocols for prospective Buyers to tour my home which protected both me and prospective Buyers from coronavirus exposure. Probably most importantly, they price my home right. I received an offer, over asking price, from a great Buyer on the first day my home was on the market. The sale went very smoothly and it was a good experience for me. Even with a smooth sale, selling a home is stressful with many unfamiliar and uncertain situations. Lisa and Lane were very helpful in getting me past those situations. Lane and Lisa helped me purchase this home three years ago, and I'm glad I asked them to help me sell it.
