•I had only 2 weeks notice to move from Lake Worth FL to Clearwater FL. I don't know the area so decided to rent 1st before buying. No real estate agent will help, except Eva. She found a home for me to rent & for the next 9 months she continued to help me find a home to buy, with the same enthusiasm as the 1st day. We weighed many options & decided to buy a lot to construct my house. Although technically her job was done, she continued to help & advice.
