•I have known and worked with Linda for some time in a professional capacity, but recently had the opportunity to work with her personally on the purchase of a home. Linda is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and hard working. Buying a home in the current economic environment can be very stressful, as we had to move very quickly to to a reasonable offer in, and Linda did a truly exceptional job working under the time crunch and getting everything accomplished. Linda's husband Pat Dandino also worked extensively with us to schedule home inspections, review the inspection reports, and to connect us with reliable professionals to help get some of the necessary work done. Both Linda and her husband Pat are highly professional, a true pleasure to work with, and obviously very good at what they do.
Effective communication and an absolutely positive attitude is what I got from Linda. She has extensive knowledge in real estate, and did an outstanding job of keeping me at ease, in providing me with all the answers I needed through this whole process. I’m very pleased with the services she provided, and will definitely refer everyone I know to her!
