•After years of visiting the Denver area for long weekends we decided to move here from Texas, but didn't know which neighborhood or town would be best for us. Fortunately, a Google search led us to Alex and Derek. They took the time to get to know us and then started to send us links for properties to review. When we had a dozen strong candidates we scheduled a visit and Alex and Derek blocked out 2 days. They helped us see the pros and cons of each property and because we'd picked homes in a half dozen different towns they also took the time to help us evaluate the features of the communities, such as traffic, shopping, restaurants, and inclusiveness. When they picked us up at our hotel, Alex said he'd added one home to our list because it had just come on the market. It turned out to be the one for us. Alex and Derek helped us find this perfect home by asking us lots of questions, actively listening to our answers, and using their deep knowledge of the Denver area housing market. They expertly steered us through each step, culminating in a closing. We just moved in and will always be grateful to Alex and Derek for their guidance, patience and humor, which helped make the entire process pleasantly low stress.
