•We decided to work with Madalynn to sell our house when we were concerned about an experience with another agent. Madalynn made it her goal to help us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions through our sale process from pricing to negotiating terms of the sale she had our backs. Any question we had was taken care of, any anxiety we had was soothed by her knowledge of the market and expertise in each situation. She helped us stage our home beautifully for photos, scheduled an open house at the soonest practicality, guided us through every step of the sale process, and gave us a folder of cost sheets, comps in the area, details of what she was going to handle behind the scenes, etc. She sold our home for the price we wanted, in the timeframe we needed, even though another agent told us it wouldn’t be possible. Madalynn held our trust through the entire sale. We were unable to make it to the closing and she didn’t miss a beat with keeping us updated. After the sale she even gathered our mail that didn’t get forwarded and sent it to us. My husband and I could not be happier with Madalynn’s work.
