•Sergio was extremely helpful and kind and performed his services well. He went out of his way to make himself available to help us stage furniture for our open house. He has a calm and collected demeanor and answered all of our questions promptly. We were very pleased with the price for selling our condo (above asking). Having a very “No Problem Attitude,” he got the place sold for us much sooner than expected, and just in time before a hike in mortgage interest rates were going to change the playing field. There were a couple of minor hitches in some of the details of paperwork processing, but nothing that didn’t get corrected right away. We picked him because of his extensive knowledge of the local market, he helped to give us some clarity about a process that as we all know can be very confusing and frustrating. Overall we were very satisfied with the outcome of his work. He made the process of selling our home very easy for us.
