Fabulous Experience

In 2017, my husband and I used Nicole Starner to find our very first home together and she was outstanding. With both my husband and myself being first time home buyers, we were nervous with starting the process. However, Nicole instantly put us at ease. Talking with her was like talking to an old friend. She clearly explained the home buying process in a manner that was easy to understand. If any questions arose, she answered them promptly. When looking for homes, Nicole set up an auto search for our areas of interest, including the features we wanted in the home. This was very convenient as we were often able to see homes as soon as they came onto the market. As we are just starting out, price was of our utmost concern, and Nicole was very mindful of our budget and never once attempted to persuade us to spend more than we were comfortable. After selecting some homes we had interest in, Nicole quickly set up viewing times and was not just on time to meet us, she was early. What I really enjoyed was how she let my husband and I explore the home on our own. She never once tried to gloss over an area of concern so she could make a quick sale. In fact, she was very good at pointing out potential problem areas we should consider. She also took into consideration that we were using an FHA loan, which requires stricter inspections. Again, being new to the process, this knowledge was immensely helpful. Because of Nicole’s expert guidance, we were able to put an offer on a home that had been on the market for just one day. We accepted their reasonable counter offer. Everything concerning the inspections and appraisals was smooth and easy to understand. I cannot recommend Nicole Starner enough. The home buying process is not always easy and it is quite often stressful, but you’d be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
