•Real estate can be stressful. You want an agent that carries most of that stress for you, reducing your anxiety, and helping you find your goal situation with minimum drama. Christy was that for me, and a bag of chips. She has her ear to the ground in this industry. The key to multifamily is networking and being the first to hear the subtle rumblings of a house about to hit the market but isn't there yet, and then to match the client with that house. I knew I wanted a multifamily home with the plan for me to occupy one unit. I had a list of nearly impossible criteria in a tough location. I chose her based on yelp reviews and sent her my list. We were looking at homes within days, this was in that time period when the housing market was a nightmare for buyers, too. We'd just looked at several homes, though none quit inspired me, when she called me and said, "drive by this address." It was in my fantasy location and I thought I couldn't afford it but drove by. This was it. This house, everything but the pool! (Ok, I was never going to get a pool in this area at my price range, so to be fair, it had it all). She had heard those distant footsteps of an unlisted home and knew it was the one for me. She connected those dots and as a result the sellers got a buyer without dealing with the market, open houses, and showing schedules, and I got my house without the chaos of a bid war. We found a fair price and we were in escrow within days. That is how a good multifamily realtor makes it happen for both parties. Like all housing deals, there were unforeseen hiccups and Christy helped me negotiate them, and handled that for which I did not have time. When the escrow company read something in the news about my company and didn't understand it, she laughed with me as we resolved it quickly. I recommend her without hesitation for your next commercial or multifamily situation. She understands the industry, keeps current on the industry, and will get you a happy result.
