•Lynn did an absolutely AMAZING job selling my house! I even had an offer just a few hours after the listing went live and without even seeing the house! The listing was great with lots of professional pictures. I had 6 showings within the next day and an offer OVER asking price by that night. She had even set up an open house for me, however, the offer was so amazing that I didn't even have to go through the open house. She did her research and ensured the realtor on the buying end was going to be pleasant to do business with. Lynn also took care of reviewing all the paperwork and explained all the legal mumbo jumbo that I didn't understand. It was truly a pleasure to have her sell my house and completely stress free, which made me so very very happy! I definitely recommend her!
