My spouse and I couldn’t recommend Forth more! We are both picky and had a certain house, yard, and location in mind (so not the easiest people to work with). Forth showed many houses to us, but never pushed us too hard to just “offer” on a house that didn’t fit. He told us we would know when to offer and he was right! Also, we are in a high fire insurance area and this price affected a lot of our decisions. He and his contacts worked hard to provide us quick insurance quotes for each potential house to help guide our decisions quickly. Forth kept constant communication us, answered our many questions (we had a lot as we are 1st time buyers), and we always felt like he had our backs.
