Such a relief

This was my first experience selling a home, and I had spoken with several agents before Kristina and was feeling discouraged. Our house was nearly 100 years old, and another realtor had raised concerns about a portion of the property and had given me a pretty low estimate of a potential sale price. Kristina was direct but kind from the get-go. Most importantly, Kristina is a problem solver. If she didn't know the answer to a question (which was rare, because she has quite a bit of experience), she immediately would figure out the answer. At one point we had a property line concern and she borrowed a metal detector and solved our issue within a day or two. We ended up selling our house for more than I thought would be possible, and Kristina smoothed out the bumps in the road efficiently and with great patience and kindness. The bonus is that she's just a fun person to be around!
