Excellent knowledge and understanding of the market and the overall selling process

Team Womack explained to me the selling process and worked with my timing requirements. They explained the market in my area, provided guidance on when to put my house on the market, and a realistic list price based on the comps. They also provided guidance on how to stage my house and even provided some staging accessories. I had 8 viewings in 3 days with 3 offers (2 at list or above). They provided guidance on the financials of the potential buyers but let me major the decision. As we progressed through the inspections, needed and desired repairs, and the counter offer process, they provided great advice based on the market and their experience. When issues on the buyer side delayed close, they worked with the buyer’s agent to get these issues resolved and keep me informed on the progress.
