•Before Mandy, I also worked with other agents during my home search, but none of them were as good as Mandy. She is professional, but at the same time I feel like she's family. During the house search, she understood what I want quickly, and helped me find a house that I really really like. She also helped me talk to the banks when there was some complications with my mortgage, negotiate with the builder on the deals, and helped me do a lot of on field tasks (house inspection, getting documents, keys etc.) when I couldn't be there. It was a long journey for me to get the house (a bit over 2 months), but Mandy was very patient and helpful through out the whole process. She's the best agent period.
