Excellent Excellent Excellent!!!

Paula Beckford-Harrilal was referred to my husband and I by another realtor who did not service the area in Florida we we looking to move to. We were making a move from New Jersey to Florida and this was a very stressful time for us . We had to sell our current home and purchase a home in Florida all at the same time. Paula was great from beginning to end. She asked the details of what we were looking for, and we literally found our dream home in our 1st trip down. Paula had someone for everything…programs to assist with selling our current home, homeowners insurance, lenders, you name it. She even provided us with the names of different contractors (electrical, painting, etc…) for after we moved in. During the process I was having a problem with my job sending me some information that we needed for closing. Paula provided me a letter to send to my job advising the importance of providing the information timely. She even gave us tips on what to expect with the selling of our current home in NJ as this was our 1st time selling a home. Any question we had Paula was able to answer. She was very familiar with the area that we were moving to and was able to tell us where to go for our everyday needs. I would work with Paula again and again if I were to move again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that I know who is in need of a realtor. I wish I could have used Paula to sell my NJ home as well, our experience just wasn’t the same. Paula really went the extra mile for us. I can’t thank her enough!
