•Renae helped us list our house in June 2022. My wife and I interviewed several agents, and Renae stood out for her attention to detail, preparation, and knowledge of local comp sales and listings. She never made a promise that she couldn’t deliver on, and everything she said she would do for us happened quickly and professionally. Everything from professional photographs to local advertisements were handled by Renae. She walked us through our offers and brought up excellent points with them that I wouldn’t have considered otherwise. Her network of professionals helped ensure that any issues found via inspection could be quickly and cost-effectively corrected, and she managed to oversee the whole process while also keeping my wife and me calm and reassured. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that having Renae sell our house was a blessing, and I highly recommend Renae to anyone looking to sell their house! The only downside is now that we’ve moved out of state we won’t be able to work with her anymore.
