Townhouse
•When we lost our last tenants we decided to sell our townhome which we have been renting for the past 14 years. We connected with Jimmy Siracusano, from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Florida Realty. He took care of all the details, and made sure my voice was represented every step of the way. I thought I had valuated my home correctly but, by listening to Jimmy I sold it for almost 10% more than my original valuation. Even when the first appraisal came in lower than my asking price Jimmy advised us to hold tight and we even raised the asking price. The property sold within 2 days for full asking price and we closed within 30 days. Jimmy was present at every walkthrough for inspection, and appraisal and represented us well. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property in Florida to give him a call, you won't be sorry!
