I couldn't recommend Alan Smith more highly...

I couldn't recommend Alan Smith more highly. My wife and I were looking for a home, primarily in the Hollywood Heights/ Lakewood area, for more than a year. This was no fault of Alan's. We were just particular in that we wanted a mid-century style, and that is very in demand right now. He had a great knowledge of the area, because he lives in Lakewood, and was always available. He set up a search portal that alerted us when any homes matching our criteria hit the market. This was an invaluable tool, as many of these homes were sold within a few days. Also, since it is a very hot market right now, we submitted a few offers on homes that we did not get. Darn bidding wars! But Alan was very patient with us, and he kept saying that he never had a client that regretted the ones that got away after finally finding their perfect home. That held true for us as well. We couldn't be happier with the home we finally purchased, and couldn't have done it without Alan's help. He helped to make the closing painless, and even provided us with a list of contractors, plumbers, painters, and electricians that he has compiled, and we were very happy with the work they did on our new home. We have used other realtors in the past, but this was by far our best experience. We don't anticipate moving any time soon, but if the need arises, our first call will be to Alan Smith.

Alan was great to work with. He not only helped us find a new home, he also helped us with the transaction of selling our home. He helped us determine what was a good fit for us and what was needed update a home to our liking. Would definitely recommend!
