•Hi 2 of the above pictured homes that sold were mine.... Zack did a great job. In total 7 houses and condos have been bought and sold with Zack as our agent. We were able to meet with him at times that worked well for us . Any time I had a question or concern I called him, and he was patient and kind and honest. He is well aware of both the market and the area,he came to Clearwater and sold a condo for us there also...I feel that anyone who needs help selling or wants to buy a house or condo should meet with Zack, you will understand he is the person to work on your behalf. We trust Zack and have shared his name and number to our friends and family for any real estate needs. Thank you Zack Joan
Zach is more than a realtor. He is a friend. He has helped us purchase or sell at least 5 properties, both on the mainland, Treasure Island, and St. Pete/Beach. As far as properties for sale, they went quickly, and for a profit. Through his recent negotiations, we purchased an incredible corner lot on St. Pete Beach, at a bargain price. Zach even repaired the sprayer on the kitchen sink to facilitate our moving in. He knows Pinellas County. He answers all our questions. He researches what he doesn't have an immediate answer for. He's not afraid to arm wrestle on the buyer or seller side. He's a true professional. What a guy! Jess & Joan Bonds
