•The only reason this is a 5 star review is because 7 stars out of 5 is not an option. Working with Martha was an absolute pleasure! Martha responds to emails in a timely manner and guided us through our first home purchase expertly. Martha was able to show us a number of homes within the preferred budget range we defined and she ensured that the homes we visited met our criteria. Martha has a keen eye for detail and quality. She is organized and diligent about follow through with the builders, lawyers and other parties involved in the home buying/selling process. Martha is knowledgeable about the communities in which she shows homes and she was respectful of the various requirements we had for our first home purchase. We loved working with Martha and cannot imagine a better realtor for anyone in the greater Boston area.
