Absolutely exceptional!

Finola is an incredible agent. We cannot recommend her enough! We found the perfect home and know exactly who to call in 7-10 years when we're ready for our next home. From the outset of our home search (during the crazy 2021/2022 housing market), we were adamant about not committing to a single agent and instead working with whoever introduced us to a given home. This all changed when we met Finola and we quickly decided to commit to working with her exclusively. First off, she was very tuned in to what was most important to us and didn't waste our time showing us properties that partially met our needs or had obvious red flags. She was excellent at listening to what mattered to us most and what we cared about least and found us properties that were excellent contenders. In the end, we purchased a home that had every single one of our nonnegotiables -- no easy task. Second, Finola is incredibly knowledgeable about the Lamorinda area, the finer points of home ownership, and how both overlap with our specific needs. She flagged if a house was too close to a traffic bottleneck, too far from schools, etc, too close to highways, and nuances of each area. She is very experienced and knows the market inside out -- incredibly helpful for us as first-time buyers. Third, she is super high energy and scoured the earth to find us our ideal home. She spent a ton of time with us to de-stress the offer submission process, disclosure review, and strategize. Fourth, she is a lovely person and very professional. She was a pleasure to deal with and went out of her way to make sure we were well-informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Unlike some agents we've come across, she was not pushy and didn't impose her opinions on us unless they were welcome. She is very attuned to deferring to our judgment/preference at the right time and at other times flagging key considerations, so we have the benefit of her experience and expertise. 10 out of 10!
