•Blake is an outstanding agent in every respect. I reached out to him in late March to ask him about a property where he was listed as the seller’s agent, and I was so impressed with our conversations over text that I asked him to be my buyer’s agent. My wife and I live in Georgia, and we were looking for a secondary residence in Birmingham, so Blake did a significant amount of scouting and analyzing properties for us. For over three months, he called, sent videos, and answered countless questions via text; and he was always helpful, cheerful, and professional—even though we had several deals fall through. My words won’t adequately convey just how incredible Blake and his team are at helping buyers navigate the Birmingham real estate market. We ended up with the perfect downtown condo, and Blake’s skill in handling the negotiations ensured the deal happened. I give Blake and his team the highest recommendation possible.
