•When my spouse and I first looked into getting a home we had heard of and had interactions with many real estate agents. However, throughout the process of acquiring our new home in El Paso there was only one agent that we just felt as though she had given us what every first time homebuyer dreams of, someone who you can trust and can mentor you through your homebuyer journey. Our list of questions and concerns seemed to be limitless and Cassandra ensured that she took the time to ensure we were comfortable with each decision and knowledgeable on each step and part of the process. Responses and updates were always in a timely manner and reinforced by factual information and resources. Each and every single day from start to finish my spouse and I would be stressed, anxious, or concerned it’s like Cassandra just knew exactly what our thoughts were and would provide us with the answers we needed to pull us back through. One of the things I believe I loved most of all is that although you always hear and see some realtors just care about the sale and would put you any home they can find, that was not the case with Cassandra. In the initial stages of our partnership we reviewed countless homes to determine which home, which price ranges, and even what home features would best suit the needs of our new home. Discovering our dealbreaker needs for the home and tailoring our searches to homes that could be a potential dream home one day, but tomorrow will be a family home. We love my new home and we forever grateful for Cassandra for taking the time and effort she did to get us to this point. DO NOT let a chance to work with her slip by. You will not regret it at all and she will work tirelessly to ensure all your needs are met and get you in the home of your dreams in the best possible timing.
