•I found Scott's listing on line on a Sunday morning, left a message for him thinking he would call me Monday. He returned my call within minutes, we met at the property and I submitted an offer before the end of the day. Though my offer was at full asking price, other bids came in; Scott asked for "highest and best" offer and the Seller's decision was made on the schedule he told me it would. A question arose related to polybutylene piping. Scott received a quote from a plumber, steered the issue to resolution fair to his seller and to me. My experience with Scott excellent in all respects.
