•I can't say enough positive things about Beverly Berrett. I have worked with her on 3 home sales and 2 home purchases and can't imagine working with anyone else. Beverly is professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She spends a great deal of time to make sure all of the details are taken care of and everything is showing just right. Beverly provided me with a list of suggestions on practical improvements that we could make on our home to ensure that we would get the most we could for it. She is a miracle worker because after her suggestions, we broke a record for the highest sale in our neighborhood. Our old neighbors should sending her a thank you note as well! Beverly is also tirelessly patient and helped me and my family find the perfect new home to fit our needs and wish list. I can always count on her to be honest and look out for my best interests. Buying/selling a home can be extremely stressful, but Beverly helped manage a lot of the stress for me with her expertise, negotiating skills and attention to detail. I will never buy or sell another house without her!
