•Holly Switow, She had my home sold almost right away and very close to the asking price in Sarasota. She attended every inspection and even participated in the closing to make sure all was done in my favor. When I was looking to purchase a new house she never slowed down until she found the perfect home for me to purchase. The town I had moved to had hardly any inventory to choose from so the process took a lot of her time. Even though it was two hours away from Sarasota, she never gave up and would work late nights and weekends searching for every house that came on line. She would be the first agent to jump on the listings. Her patients and professionalism along with her knowledge and experience got me the best house I could have ever asked for and for a fantastic price. She attended the inspections and the closing with me to make sure all was in order driving two hours for each appointment. I would recommend Holly to anyone looking for the perfect home.
